bjji99 is a trusted online casino and sports betting platform in Bangladesh. We care deeply about the financial and mental well-being of all our players. Following responsible gaming guidelines is an integral part of our service.

Online betting can be a legitimate form of entertainment, but it can cause problems for some people. If you feel that gaming is no longer enjoyable but is becoming a compulsion, please seek our support. bjji99 is always here for you.

Protection Tools and Safety Features

Deposit Limit

You can set a deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you want to increase the limit, you will need to wait a few days.

Time-Out

Temporarily pause your account for a specific period — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets. Taking a break is a healthy habit.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, apply for long-term self-exclusion. This step is irreversible — your account will not be reactivated until the set period has ended.

Session Limit

Set a maximum playing time for each session in advance. When the set time is up, the system will automatically log you out and send you a reminder.

Betting History Review

View your complete betting and deposit-withdrawal history. Analyse your own playing patterns and decide for yourself where you need to take control.

24/7 Support and Guidance
